Clare is a chartered surveyor who has worked in the asset management, development and regeneration field for over 20 years, primarily for housing associations. Her expertise includes project management, funding bids, option appraisals, procurement and service reviews, and she has carried out inspections for a variety of organisations. Clare has a track record of negotiating between public and private sector partners. She has worked as a consultant for the past nine years and is a licensed assessor for the RICS and a member of the Renew North West Design Panel.
