In late 2009, HQN head-hunted two eminent finance experts to lead the finance team. Former three-star ALMO and housing association finance director Steve Wood, now our Director (Finance Services), brings expertise in ALMO and housing association finance, value for money, and treasury management. Robin Tebbutt has a strong consultancy background at senior level and specialises in local authority and ALMO finance, business planning, finance strategy and financial management, and value for money. Robin works with us on an Associate basis.
