Are you planning for welfare reform?
The government’s welfare reform programme has been described as the biggest change to the welfare system for over 60 years. This course will explain how it affects your organisation’s rental income and your tenants, and help you to prepare for the changes.

The programme includes workshops which allow participants to explore the impact of welfare reform for their organisation and to identify what they need to do to plan and prepare for change.
