‘How to…’ Essentials – housing/welfare benefits product suite
The aim of the ‘How to…’ Essentials courses is to give your staff the skills to get the job done by providing the tools and knowledge they need to deal effectively with the common benefits issues, especially Housing Benefit. We focus on the real issues and solutions by providing key information, confidence through case studies and practical help such as example letters. By the end of the courses, staff will be able to tackle those issues, to not only minimise arrears but to maximise tenants' income.
