Our trainers

John Fryer is a highly experienced journalist and broadcaster. He spent 20 years at the BBC, where he was industrial and business correspondent and then editor, radio and new media. He has also worked for The Sunday Times and the London Evening Standard and as head of the press office at the Financial Services Authority.

Kate Murray has spent more than a decade in housing journalism. She edited the housing sector’s leading weekly magazine Inside Housing for seven years and was previously in charge of Housing Today. Her career also includes a variety of senior roles on weekly and daily regional newspapers.
