Assertiveness and self-development

Assertiveness is the ability to express one's self in an open, non-confrontational way. For most of us, this does not come naturally. We find ourselves saying 'yes' to requests even when we think it's unjustified; and then we get angry about it and frustrated with ourselves and others.

Course description
